ALARME [ALARM]
This menu allows you to manage the wired input
contacts (under the monitor) and the motion
detection settings.
Alarme locale [Local alarm] tab: This tab is
used to adjust the types and effects of each of the
monitor's wired inputs (E.g. a wired sensor not
included in the kit which triggers recordings).
Alarme internet [Internet alarm] tab: not used
on this model.
Detect tab: This tab is used to configure the
motion detection, monitored area coverage
(Réglage zone [Coverage setup] button) and the
behaviour to adopt (Processus [Process] button).
You can also use this tab to activate alerts if the
feed from a camera is lost or if the field of view of a
camera is accidentally obstructed.
COMPTE [ACCOUNT]
This displays the IDs and passwords used for
logging in to the monitor (including the default
admin account/password). This section is used
to create additional users should you not wish
to divulge the default "admin" account and
password. It also allows you to change existing
accounts and passwords.
Important note: the video surveillance kit keeps a
log in the memory of all the actions carried out on
the device. Creating an account for each separate
user is more secure because each action is logged
under the name of the account that carried it out.
ANORMALITE [ANOMALOUS EvENTS]
This is used to define the behaviour to adopt
should a hard disk, internet connection or network
problem occur.

5.3 - maiNtENaNcE menu

alphabetical order.
