QUICK START
Press START / ENTER (KEY 10) to start the QUICK START program
The time display (WINDOW 2) will count down 3 seconds with 3
short beeps and then start at 1.2 km/h. Press + / - (KEYS 12 and 13)
to adjust the speed. Press

(KEYS 8 and 9) to set the

inclination level (LX150i / LX160i G4). The time, calories and
ENTER
distance will count from zero (WINDOWS 2, 6, and 1).
PAUSE / STOP
STOP
During exercise, press STOP / ZERO (KEY 11) once to pause the
RESET
count.
Press STOP / RESET (KEY 11) again to erase all data and return to
the start screen.
PROGRAM CHOICE
PROGRAMS
Press PROGRAMS (KEY 7) to select a program from P1 to P8, and
then press START / ENTER (KEY 10) to confirm. The program
number will be displayed in the HEART RATE window (WINDOW
4).
Three short beeps indicate the end of the program and the
treadmill to stops operating.
Before starting the selected program, follow the procedure to
operate the different programs as below:
PROGRAM 1 – 10 MIN. TRAINING
If P1 is selected, the TIME window (WINDOW 2) displays "10:00" minutes and the HEART
RATE window (WINDOW 4) displays P1. Press START / ENTER (KEY 10)
to start the program.
Press + / - (KEY 12 and 13) to adjust the speed and press

and 69) to adjust the tilt level (LX150i / LX160 G4).
PROGRAM 2 - INTERVAL 1x1
If P2 is selected, the DISTANCE (WINDOW 1) window displays "U1" (SPEED 1), the SPEED
(WINDOW 3) window displays "5.0", and the HEART RATE window (WINDOW
4) displays P2.
Press

(KEYS 8 and 9) or the speed shortcut buttons to set the desired Speed. Press

START / ENTER (KEY 10) to save the desired Speed and select the next parameter.
