MAINTENANCE
LUBRICATION THE RUNNING BELT
For proper operation of the Movement treadmills, some care is needed.
The slip of the canvas on the board requires that the canvas is properly lubricated.
In order to maintain the warranty criteria, Movement pre-lubricates the tarpaulin prior
to assembly with the Movelub lubricant, designed to ensure longer life to the running
bel and board assembly of your Movement equipment.
Factory lubrication is valid for 1000 km or 2 months from date of application After 1000
km or 2 months of lubrication, whichever comes first, the belt must be lubricated again
with Movelub Lubricant from Movement.
To manage the applications and protect your product efficiently, be sure to update the
lubrication sticker by filling it with the date of the next application.
APPLICATION OF LUBRICANT
1 - Turn on the treadmill at a speed of 4.5km/h.
2 - Insert the applicator into the lubrication tube located on
the belt frame as shown.
3 - Slowly (without squeezing the bottle) apply the 125ml
MOVELUB lubricant to the lubrication tube.
4 - After the application of the lubricant, leave the treadmill
in operation for another 10 minutes at a speed of 4 km so
that the lubricant spreads throughout the running belt.
5 - To ensure the quality of the lubrication, ensure that the
lubricant is spread uniformly on the running belt. It should
remain at a distance of 30 mm from the edge of the running
belt on both sides.
6 - In case of replacement of the running belt, the first
lubrication should be 155 ml.
DANGER!
Keep the lubricant bottle and the applicator out of the reach of children and
animals.
CAUTION!
Always apply the right amount of
manual. The excess or lack of lubrication will cause damage to the equipment
such as discoloration or swelling of the board, excessive wear of the track,
and overload of the transmission system.
