OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION
HEART RATE
Monitoring your heart rate is crucial so you can control the intensity of the exercise.
To check the heart rate or monitor heart rate programs, use the Chest Strap, Heart Rate
Sensor of the treadmill or pulse.
HEART RATE SENSOR
It is a sensor that is sensitive to the touch of the hands.
When you touch it, your heart rate will be recorded. Hold
firmly on both sensors and after approximately 10 seconds
the heart rate display in the form of beats per minute (bpm)
will appear on the "window".
ATTENTION!
Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. Excessive exercise can result
in serious injury or death. In case of weakness or illness, stop exercising
immediately.
PULSE
Put your thumb and index fingers on your radial pulse to
give the heartbeat. Count the beats for 15 seconds and mul-
tiply the result by 4.
This will give you your heart rate per minute.
