OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION
USING THE TREADMILL
1- WALK:
a) Select the desired program, or make the adjustments to your preference
b) You can hold the handrail, heart rate sensor or leave your hands free.
c) Start training
d) If the treadmill is in the program, it will stop automatically. If you have done the
training manually, simply press the stop key.
