21. 4 Clean the internal parts (Monthly)

Refer to chapters 21. 1 and 21. 2 and proceed as follows:
S t e p
1 remove all goods from the cabinet
2 remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grid trays, etc.
3 wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C)
4 disinfect using an antibacterial detergent
carefully clean the bottom tank, the drip, and the grid that protects the water drain, elimi-

nating all foreign bodies that have fallen through the suction grid lifting the sheet of the fans
6 carefully dry using a soft cloth

21. 5 Clean the honeycomb (every 6-8 months)

1 remove the screw that secures the honeycomb support (Fig.25)
2 remove the honeycomb
3 follow the steps given in chapters 21. 1 and 21. 2
4 reassemble the honeycomb completely dry, at the same angle
