ELECTRODES AND DIFFUSER ADJUSTMENT

After having fit the nozzle, check electrodes and diffuser adjustment which must be as per measurements here-
indicated. It is advisable to check measurements after any service to the head.
Nozzles suggested are: delavan type B and Steinen type S with 60° atomization cone.

NOTE- To avoid damages to combustion head components, we suggest, after having taken diffuser out, to
use keys when fitting/unfitting nozzle.
PUMP PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT
The pump pressure is pre-set during production at 12 bar.
For controlling pressure use an oil bathed manometer.
The pressure can be adjusted from 11 to 14 bar.
