COMBUSTION AIR ADJUSTMENT
Air adjustment is effected on the outside of the cover.
After loosening screw A act on the air adjustment screw
B (see label). When adjustment is over tighten the screw A.
COMBUSTION HEAD ADJUSTMENT
The head adjustment can be effected by acting on the
screw C. Acting on this screw modifies the position of the
diffuser in relation to the draught tube, consequently
varying the cross-section through which the air flows.

ELECTRODES/DIFFUSER ADJUSTMENT
After fitting the nozzle check that the electrodes and the
diffuser are correctly positioned, referring to the distances
indicated in the figure. Check positioning every time work
is carried out on the head.
Distance between electrode
tips 3,5-4,5
Delavan type B and Steinen type S nozzles with 60° atomization cone are recommended.
Note: To prevent any damage to combustion head adjustment parts it is recommended that, after removing the
diffuser, a wrench-counterwrench be used for nozzle fitting and removal work.
