Boss DF Construction Heaters
IGNITION FAILURE SEQUENCE:
• The fi rst trial for ignition takes approximately 10
seconds.
- If the fi rst trial for ignition fails, the ignition control
attempts two more trial for ignition.
- A total of 30 seconds for all three trials for
ignition.
- If the ignition control does not sense burner fl ame
or if the fl ame is extinguished, the control shuts the
heater down and goes into safety lock-out.
- Gas solenoid valve closes.
- Ignition spark stops.
- Fan motor stops.
- To retry for ignition, reset the ignition control by:
- Unplugging the heater and plugging it back in.
OR
- Completely turning down the thermostat and then
turning it up.
