6.5 CAMBIO DEL TIRANTE

Al variare della filettatura degli inserti da utilizzare, occorre eseguire la sostituzione della coppia tirante (M) / testina
(T), pertanto procedere come segue:
• Allentare la contro-ghiera di bloccaggio della testina (T) con chiave universale 65 e rimuoverla svitandola.
• Svitare il grano 58 con chiave a brugola 66, rimuovere il tirante (M) in essere e sostituire con il tirante (M) desiderato.
Completata la sostituzione del tirante, ruotarlo fino a fine corsa.
• Svitare nuovamente il tirante (M) di mezzo giro, finchè la parte piana del tirante (M) non si trova in corrispondenza
del foro ove alloggia il grano, si evita così di deformare il filetto del tirante (M) stesso.
• Si procede, quindi, ad avvitare il canotto 59 e a montare la relativa testina (T).
Ogni volta che si effettua il cambio del tirante (M) ripetere le operazioni di registrazione riportate precedentemente.

6.5 SCREW REPLACEMENT
When the thread of the insert to be used changes, you need to replace both the tie rod (M) and the head (T), therefore
proceed as follows:
• Loosen the counter-ring nut that blocks the head (T) using the universal key and remove it by unscrewing it.
• Unscrew nut 58 using the allen key 66, remove the tie rod (M) and replace it with the new required one (M). Once
the tie rod has been replaced, turn it as far as it will go.
• Unscrew tie rod (M) again by half a turn, until the flat part of the tie rod (M) is by the hole where the nut is lodged.
This is to be done in order to avoid deforming the thread of the tie rod (M) itself.
• Then tighten sleeve 59 and fit the relative head (T).
Each time you change the tie rod (M) you need to repeat carefully all above operations.
6.5 CHANGEMENT DU TIRANT
Quand le filet des inserts à utiliser change, il faut remplacer le couple tirant (M) / tête (T); donc faire comme il suit:
• Desserrer le contre-écrou de blocage de la tête (T) avec une clé universelle 65 et l'enlever en le dévissant.
• Dévisser l'ecrou 58 avec une clé Allen 66, enlever le tirant (M) et le remplacer avec le tirant (M) désiré. Après avoir
remplacé le tirant, le tourner jusqu'en butée.
• Dévisser le tirant (M) de nouveau, jusqu'à ce que la partie plane du tirant (M) se trouve en correspondance du trou,
où l'ecrou est positionné, pour éviter de déformer le tirant (M).
• Visser le tube 59 et monter la tête (T) corréspondante.
Toutes les fois qu'on change le tirant (M) il faut répéter les opérations de réglage décrites précédemment.
6.5 ZUGSTANGE WECHSELN
Bei der Änderung des Gewindes zu benutzen, ist es nötig, die Paar Zugstange (M) / Kopfstück (T) zu ersetzen, deshalb
vorgehen Sie wie es folgt:
• Die Gegen-Nutmutter zur Befestigung des Kopfstücks (T) mit dem Universalschlüssel 65 lockern und sie
entfernen.
• Den Dübel 58 mit dem Inbusschlüssel 66 aufschrauben und die Zugstange (M) entfernen und sie durch die gewünschte
Zugstange (M) auswechseln. Nach der Auswechslung der Zugstange, sie bis den Endanschlag drehen.
• Die Zugstange noch einmal aufschrauben (M), bis die flache Seite der Zugstange (M) an dem Loch, wo der Dübel
positioniert ist, sich befindet; das ermöglicht das Gewinde der Zugstange (M) nicht zu verformen.
• Die Hülle 59 anschrauben und den betreffenden Kopfstück (T) zusammensetzen.
Jedesmal wenn die Zugstange (M) ersetzt wird, die vorher beschriebenen Verstellungsverfahren wiederholen.
6.5 CAMBIO DE LA VARILLA
Cuando el hilo de rosca del inserto cambia, usted necesita sustituir el tensor (M) y el (T), para lo que tiene que proceder
la siguiente forma:
• Afloje la tuerca del controlador - anillo que bloquea el (T) principal con la llave universal 65 y quitela desatornillan-
dola.
• Desatornille la tuerca 58 usando la llave Allen 66, quite el tensor (M) y sustituyalo por el requerido. Completada la
sustitución del tensor girar hasta el final del recorrido.
• Desenrosque el tensor (M) media vuelta hasta que la parte plana del tensor concuerde con el agujero del tornillo,
esto debe ser realizado para evitar la deformidad del hilo de la rosca del tensor (M).
• Despues apriete la protección 59 y proceda a montar (T).
Cada vez que usted proceda al cambio del tensor (M) tiene que repetir cuidadosamente los pasos anteriormente
descritos.
