6. FUNZIONAMENTO
6.1 ADDETTI
La Macchina è stata concepita per l'utilizzo da parte di un solo Operatore.
L'operatore che si appresta ad utilizzare la macchina, deve possedere (oppure acquisire tramite adeguata formazione
ed addestramento) i requisiti di seguito indicati, ed essere, inoltre, a conoscenza del presente Manuale e di tutte le
informazioni relative alla Sicurezza:
• Cultura generale e tecnica a livello sufficiente per comprendere il contenuto del Manuale ed interpretare correttamente
Disegni e Schemi;
• Conoscenza delle principali Norme igieniche, antinfortunistiche e tecnologiche;
• Sapere come comportarsi in caso di Emergenza, dove reperire i mezzi di protezione individuale e come usarli cor-
rettamente.
I Manutentori, oltre alle caratteristiche sopracitate, devono avere anche una adeguata preparazione Tecnica.

6. OPERATION
6.1 OPERATORS
The tool is designed to be used by one operator only.
The operator that has to use the machine must satisfy the requirements stated hereafter (or they must be informed and
trained accordingly). They must be aware of the manual herein and of all information relevant to safety:
• They must have some general and technical education, to a sufficient level to be able to understand the manual and
to interpret the drawings and the diagrams correctly;
• They must be acquainted with the main hygienical rules, and with the industrial-safety and technological instruc-
tions;
• They must know how to act in case of emergency, where to find the individual protection means and how to use them
correctly.
Together with the above-mentioned requirements, the service technicians must also have an appropriate technical
training.
6. FONCTIONNEMENT
6.1 OPERATEURS
La machine a été conçue pour l'emploi d'un seul Opérateur.
L'operateur employé à utiliser la machine doit posséder (ou acquérir à travers une formation adéquates) les qualités
indiquées ci-apres, et, en outre, la connaissance du présent Manuel et de tous les renseignements relatifs à la securité:
• Culture générale et technique au niveau suffisant pour comprendre le contenu du Manuel et interpréter correctement
les Dessins et les Schémas;
• Connaissance des principales Règles hygiéniques, d'accidents et technologiques;
• Savoir comment se comporter en cas d'Urgence, où trouver les moyens de protection individuelle et les utiliser cor-
rectement.
Les agents de maintenance, outre les caractéristiques citées ci-dessus, doivent avoir aussi une préparation technique
adéquate.
6. BETRIEB
6.1 BEDIENPERSONAL
Die Maschine wird nur von einer Person bedient.
Das Bedienpersonal der Maschine muss folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen oder sich diese durch geeignete Schulung
und geeignetes Training aneignen und muss darüber hinaus den Inhalt dieses Handbuchs sowie alle Sicherheitsvor-
schriften kennen:
• Für das Verständnis des vorliegenden Handbuchs und der korrekten Interpretation der Zeichnungen und Schemata
geeignete technische und allgemeine Bildung;
• Kenntnis der grundlegenden Hygiene-, Unfallschutz und Technologiebestimmungen;
• Kenntnis über das richtige Verhaltern in Notfällen, über den Aufbewahrungsort von Personenschutzvorrichtungen
und deren korrekte Anwendung.
Die Wartungsbeauftragten müssen neben den oben genannten Merkmalen auch fachspezifisch technisch ausgebildet
sein.
6. FUNCIONAMIENTO
6.1 ENCARGADOS
La máquina ha sido concebida para el uso por parte de un solo operador.
El personal encargado de utilizar la máquina, debe poseer (o adquirir mediante una formación y adiestramiento
adecuado) los requisitos que se enumeran a continuación y conocer, además, el presente manual y todas las infor-
maciones relativas a la seguridad.
• Cultura general y técnica a un nivel suficiente como para comprender el contenido del manual e interpretar cor-
rectamente dibujos y diagramas;
• Conocimiento de las principales normas higiénicas, prevención de accidentes y tecnológicas;
• Saber cómo comportarse en caso de emergencia, dónde localizar los medios de protección individual y cómo usarlos
correctamente.
Los encargados del mantenimiento, además de las características arriba citadas, deben tener también unan preparación
técnica adecuada.
