Replacement of batteries

When the batteries are weak, the red and green LEDs blink alternately
after the DT 100 has been switched on. If the batteries are empty, the
door with the DT 100 can no longer be locked.
We recommend that the batteries are changed at least every two years, to
prevent any possible damage being caused by leakage of the batteries.
If the batteries are removed from the DT 100 the current date and time
data are saved, and restored as soon as the new batteries are installed.
The clock stands still during the batterie change.
Therefore the change should be done as fast as possible.
If the terminal time should be exact to the minute time and date have to
be readjusted using the Dialock MDU (this is only relevant if software
PERSONNEL or HOTEL are used).
All key information in the terminal remains unaffected.
Do not put batteries in the trash!
Ö Dispose of batteries in an environmentally friendly manner,
e.g. at a local collection point.
