Construido en chapa estampada de gran autonomía, su
interior esta protegido con pintura epoxi y el fondo de la
tolva construido en acero inoxidable

Rueda de transmisión
Dos ruedas por módulo (6.00 x 16" - 6 telas). Ubicadas
en la parte delantera de la sembradora. Sin embragues y
con un sistema de flotación por medio de un resorte que
le permite a la rueda estar siempre en contacto con el
suelo, cuando la máquina está sembrando

Para realizar las tareas de orientación de los rodados.

B) Tren de siembra. "Sistema Cuerpo Integral Planta-
dor":
Abresurco. Cuerpo Plantador Sistema FILAM: doble
disco centrado de estampado cónico y filo interno, diá-
metro 15.5" y 5 mm de espesor
de siembra se varía mediante doble rueda reguladora
con banda de caucho semineumática y llanta de labio
metálico limpiador, ubicadas al costado de los discos
dobles abresurcos

las mismas son oscilantes y apoyados sobre un balancín,
aseguran un óptimo copiado del terreno.
Los pernos donde pivotan dichos brazos son de acero,
con tratamiento térmico de dureza y se hallan roscados
en una maza, que sirve de refuerzo al cuerpo y los con-
vierte en elementos totalmente recambiables.
El compactado de la semilla en el fondo del surco se
logra mediante una rueda apretadora semineumática
regulable que contribuye a uniformar la profundidad de
siembra y asegurar un perfecto contacto semilla-suelo
(Figura 2-C).
El tapado y conformado del camellón lo realizan un
conjunto de discos tapadores conformadores dentados,
con presión y ángulo de ataque registrables, con opción
a retirar uno de ellos si las condiciones de trabajo lo
requiere
(Figura 2-D).
Todos los elementos rodantes (cuchillas, discos y
ruedas) están montados sobre mazas de acero forjado
con doble rodillo cónico ajustable.
El plantador tiene en su parte delantera un anclaje que
permite aplicarle con facilidad un cincel vibrador o estre-
lla barrerastrojos

Wheels
The planter is provided with two (6.00 x 16 "- 6 PR) drive
wheels per module, which are situated at the front part of
the equipment. It has no clutches and it is supplied with a
spring floating system that allows the wheels to be always
in contact with the ground while the machine is planting
(Picture 1-H).
Hydraulic jack
It is used for wheels alignment operations.

Furrow closing and ridge shaping are carried out by a set
of notched closing wheels which are provided with adjus-
table down-pressure and angle of attack. One of the
wheels can be removed if it is required by field tasks

mounted onto forged steel hubs with double adjustable
conical bearings.
The opener has a front anchorage which allows chisel
