FUNCIÓN DEL EMBRAGUE
El S8 Rebel TX tiene instalado un embrague centrífugo.
El embrague consta de los siguientes componentes:
Volante de inercia, muelles de embrague, zapatas de embrague, campana y rodamiento.
El volante de inercia tiene 3 patas para encajar los muelles y las zapatas. La función de los muelles
es sujetar las zapatas cuando el motor gira a poca velocidad. A altas velocidades la fuerza centrifuga
aumenta y las zapatas se abren, contactando con la campana de embrague. Al producirse esto, la
campana gira contactando con la corona central haciendo que el modelo se mueva.
Posibilidades de mejoras en el embrague.
Muelles de distintas durezas: Unos muelles más duros requieren altas r.p.m. para que las mazas se
abran.
Zapatas: Dependiendo del material con el que estén hechas trabajarán de forma distinta dependien-
do de la temperatura y la durabilidad del material.
Campana: Puede montar campanas con diferente número de dientes. Menor número de dientes para
circuitos pequeños y mejor aceleración y mayor número de dientes para circuitos grandes y mayor
velocidad punta.
Rodamientos de campana: Comprúebelos regularmente, son una parte esencial para que la campana
gire sobre el eje del cigüeñal.
The S8 Rebel TX has installed a centrifugal clutch.
There are several components.
A Fly-wheel, Clutch Springs, Clutch Shoes, Clutch Bell, Clutch bearing.
At the flywheel are three noses to fix the springs and shoes. The job of the springs is to fix the shoes
at lower engine speed. At higher engine speed the centrifugal force increases and the clutch shoes
are pushed towards the clutch bell. A closed linkage, the access between the Engine and the drive
train has compounded.
Possibilities to optimize the clutch on the track.
Clutch spring stiffness.
A stiffer spring demands higher rpm to get the clutch engaged.
Different clutch shoes: Depending on the basic material the clutch shoes work different referring to
temperature, durability and feeling.
Clutch bell: You can get clutch bells with different number of teeth.
Less teeth are better for small tracks and better acceleration, more teeth are better for big tracks
and more high speed.
Check regularly the clutch bearings. They are essential for a perfect running clutch bell on the axle.
ARRANCANDO EL MOTOR
El motor del S8 Rebel TX lleva incorporado un tirador de arranque.
Primero debe depositar un poco de combustible en el carburador. Después tire del tirador un par
de veces de forma suave. Coloque la pinza de bujía, abra un poco el carburador y tire del tirador de
forma rápida varias veces. Cuando el motor haya arrancado, quite la pinza de bujía. Asegúrese de
que la pinza de bujía está cargada si no, no podrá arrancar el motor.
The engine of the S8 Rebel TX has got a pullstart.
First you have to fill the carburetor with fuel. Close the outlet of the exhaust system and pull twice
the pullstarter slowly. After that use the glow plug igniter, open the carburetor a bit und pull the star-
ter cord quick several times. When the engine has started, put away the plug igniter. Please have a
look that the glow plug igniter is fully charged otherwise it does not work.
