ProCEDUrE
The machine is powered by turning the main switch (Fig. 18) located on the electric
system box to zero.
Pressing on the emergency button immediately stops all controls (closure of the solenoid
valves and motors shutting off). To restore normal operations, turn the emergency button
in an anticlockwise direction until it and all commands are mechanically released.
All the commands located on the control lever are interrupted by releasing the command
itself (dead-man switch).
WARNING
If the machine should shutdown due to an electronic card failure or a solenoid valve
malfunction, the wheel can be demounted from the turntable. Set the switch X (Fig. 48),
which is normally set to 0, to pos. 1 (Stand-By off function). At this point, the control unit
motor will always be running at the first speed. Use a screwdriver on the by-pass coil
(Fig. 49) and then on the respective solenoid valves (Fig. 50) to make the machine oper-
ate at emergency speed. In this way, the locked wheel can be demounted. Then contact
technical assistance.

LUMINOUS-ACOUSTIC INDICATOR
The luminous-acoustic indicator, which is located on top of a rod next to the electrical
board, is activated by the machine each time potentially dangerous manual or automatic
commands are executed. The indicator has a flashing orange light.
The following commands activate the acoustic-luminous indicator:

Turntable opening/closing;
Turntable lifting/lowering;
Tool arm + bead breaker disc lifting/lowering.
