THE DISH IS OVERCOOKED

Possible Causes
Milk boils away.
Ingredients were not properly processed (washed poorly, etc.)
Wrong general proportions or ingredients; wrong type of product
selected.
THE DISH IS BURNT
Possible Causes
The bowl was not washed properly.
Non-stick coating is damaged.
General amount of ingredients is smaller than recommended.
Cook time was too long.
Sauteing: oil was not added; the ingredients have not been stirred
or turned over.
Stewing: not enough liquid.
Boiling: not enough liquid (recommended proportions were not
observed).
Baking: the bowl was not greased with oil.

To Solve the Problem
We recommend using the recipes adjusted for your model. Choose proven recipes only.
Set the time and cooking program, choose ingredients, proportions, and the size of ingredients accord-
ing to the recipe.
We recommend using the KEEP WARM function moderately. If your appliance features the function of
disabling KEEP WARM in advance, use it to avoid the problem.
To Solve the Problem
Depending on the quality of milk used, it may boil away. To avoid this, we recommend using only ultra-
pasteurized milk with the fat content of 2.5% or less. Dilute milk with water if needed.
We recommend using the recipes adjusted for the device. Choose proven recipes only. Set the time and
cooking program, choose ingredients, proportions, and the size of ingredients according to the recipe.
Whole grains, meat, fish, and seafood need to be rinsed thoroughly before cooking.
To Solve the Problem
Make sure that the bowl is clean and has no coating defects before cooking.
Use proven recipes, adjusted for the appliance.
Reduce the time or follow the recipe recommendations.
Add enough amount of oil just to cover the bottom of the bowl. Stir ingredients thoroughly while
sauteing or turn over as required.
Add more liquid. Avoid opening the lid while stewing.
Follow recommended ratio of liquid to solids while boiling.
Grease the bottom and sides of the bowl with butter or oil before baking (do not pour oil inside!).
