Problem
Unit will not start.
Battery will not charge.
Unit shuts off abruptly.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
Battery not installed properly.
Battery not charged.
Internal components too hot.
Cables not properly connected.
Battery not plugged in.
Surrounding air temperature too hot or too cold.
Battery has reached its maximum thermal limit.
Out of charge. (To maximize the life of the
battery it is designed to shutoff abruptly
when the charge is depleted.)
Possible solution
Check battery installation.
Check battery charging requirements.
Allow tool to cool down.
Check the cable connections to the battery.
Check the connections between the battery,
the device used to charge the battery and the
working outlet.
Move battery to a surrounding air temperature
of above 40 °F (4.5 °C) or below 105 °F
(+40.5 °C).
Allow battery pack to cool down.
Remove battery and charge.
