6 to 4 pin adaptor harness
Tools needed:
• T20 TORX
• bit driver extension (included)
• screw gun or bit driver
• small flathead screwdriver
* If applicable: 5 mm hex drive bit (to remove old style temp sensor)
Step 1: Grey shell removal
Before starting ensure the tool is not plugged in. It's helpful to lean the tool
forward and prop it up on something to make it easier to get access to the
generator. Now use the supplied T20 bit and extension to remove the 4 screws
holding the grey shell on (left). Once the screws are removed, pull the grey shell
straight off toward you. Now the generator can be accessed for removal (right).
