Adjustment and calibration SEE ANNEX 1: CONDUCTIVITY CONTROLLER.
In case the equipment does not incorporate the RO3021 control panel, see the
corresponding ANNEXE 4 with the equipment manual delivered.
07 EQUIPMENT START-UP
This standard procedure may differ on your equipment, follow the steps given to you by
your installer.
1. Connect the equipment to the electrical system:
- Connect the power line first without hooking it into the main power supply
- Place a test buoy or a bridge where the buoy would be placed
- Check terminal block tightness
- Check that the motor protection switch, the starter and the contactor are correct
2. Connec the equipment to the hydraulic system:
- Make sure the water gets to the inlet connection.
- Connect the rejection and permeate outlets
3. Calibrate the conductivity-meter probe.
4. Adjust the low pressure switch (between 1.5 and 3 bar pressure to regulate the
pressure of the equipment inlet).
5. Start-up the equipment:
- Make sure that the electronic motor protection relay of the pump is switched off (to
work without the pump).
- Start the equipment the selector ON the electric panel (to check that the button works
perfectly).
- Check that the equipment starts with a wash (maneuver flushing) of the seconds
programmed according to model:
