The dynamic inlet pressure to the equipment must be at least 2 bar. If the
pressure exceeds 3.5 bar, please inform our customer service to ensure that
there will be any structural problem in the equipment.
Do not reduce the power supply section of the equipment, install a diameter
equal to or greater than the connection of the reverse osmosis equipment.
The maximum pressure is 15 bar. Disconnect the equipment in case of
exceeding this pressure.
Check the inlet and outlet pressure of the 5μ cartridge filter. when the
difference exceeds 0.8 bar the filters must be replaced.
Prevent the pressure pump from working without water.
It is very important to avoid inlet of incrustations in the membranes. Use a
suitable antiscalant pretreatment. Otherwise, the equipment warranty
expires
Do not let free chlorine water pass through the membranes. Check the free
chlorine measurement periodically before using the reverse osmosis
equipment.
The useful life of the installed membranes as indicated by the manufacturer
is at least 3 years, under correct operating conditions. To maintain the
membranes in their optimal state, control the pretreatment and perform
chemical cleanings when required.
Do not close the rejection valve in any case. All valves must be handled by
qualified personnel.
