HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT IN THE INSTALLATION.
No hydraulic installation is required since the whole assembly is mounted on the same
structure.
Representative image skid connections of flushing in the same structure.
Check for start up.
1. Open shut-off valves on the suction side and fill the tank.
2. Check that the mechanical and electrical buoy are correctly adjusted
3. Follow the start-up instructions of the reverse osmosis equipment and check that
the equipment fills and aspirates osmosis water for the flushing action.
IMPORTANT:
At the start-up of the reverse osmosis plant, the first flushing maneuver will not
be carried out because there is no water in the tank (the electric buoy gives signal
to the programmable relay so that it skips this step).
When the membranes are new, they are impregnated with a preservation product that
should not be allowed to go to the flushing tank or to the water storage tank for installation
service. KEEP CLOSED VALVES from the FLUSH2 and FLUSH3 kits and close or
prevent the water produced from the first 15 minutes from reaching the accumulation
tank. KEEP the REJECT control key fully open for about 15 minutes.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Electrical connections are not required because they are already made in the assembly
on the same structure. For more information, refer to the corresponding plan of the
manual. SEE TERMINAL BLOCK SCHEME (standard RO ANNEXE 3).
