The supply voltage to the electrical panel and the high-pressure pump is
three-phase at 400V ± 20V and 50Hz frequency. The power supply for the
control and protection is single phase at 230V ± 10V at 50Hz frequency, and
for the operation voltage at DC 24V. The general protection frame and the
structure must be connected to the ground.
The location of the reverse osmosis equipment must be correct, taking into
account the appropriate distances to the walls and other possible equipment,
as well as a sufficient space for maintenance that the equipment may
require.
Verify the existence of a drain near the location of the equipment, with
sufficient capacity to evacuate the flow of the rejection and whose diameter
of the pipeline is equal to or greater than the outlet of the same.
Avoid the siphon effect due to the difference in diameters and connections
of the reverse osmosis equipment with the evacuation installation, mainly
when the system is at a standstill, it is recommended to install a vent or to
make a similar effect.
03 INTRODUCTION
The industrial equipment is able to eliminate over 95% of the total dissolved solids, +
99% of all organic residues, + 99% of all bacteria, and reduces up to 99% of chloride,
improving taste and water quality.
This equipment also removes harmful materials such as lead, copper, barium, chromium,
mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite or selenium, which may be present in water,
providing healthier and purer water.
The reverse osmosis equipment is designed from the physicochemical analysis of the
water to be treated according to parameters detailed below.
Any change in the values or appearance of new ones will imply a new study in the design
of the equipment, being outside the standard concepts projected by Osmofilter, SL.

Sodium (Na) 786.47 ppm and anions in the ion Chlorides (Cl) 1,213.53 ppm.
