06.4 LOW PRESSURE SWITCH (RO2109)

1. Pressure regulator:
- To lower the pressure, turn counterclockwise.
- To raise the pressure, turn clockwise.
2. The nominal pressure (low pressure indicated in the graph) is the pressure at which
the equipment will start. Calibrated at 2 bars.
3. The differential pressure (high pressure indicated in the graph) is the pressure at which
the equipment will stop. Calibrated at 1.5 bars (differential of 0.7). It's not
recommended to lower this pressure to prevent the high pressure pump from working
in vacuum. (Differential can be increased a little bit but it can never be equal to 0 bar)
1. Adjustment rod.
2. Differential adjustment rod.
3. Main arm.
4. Mainspring.

06.5 HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH KIT (RO3030)

Same characteristics as the low pressure switch, unlike:
Point 2. The nominal pressure (high pressure indicated in the graph) is the pressure at
which the equipment will stop due to overpressure. Fixed around 11-12 bars in the
factory. Never should it exceed 16 bar (standard equipment)
Point 3. The differential pressure (high pressure indicated in the graph) is the pressure
at which the equipment will stop. Fixed in 2 factory bars (differential of 2).
Peculiarities of the high pressure switch:
- When it jumps due to excessive pressure, the machine must be reset by turning it off
and on through the selector on the front of the electrical panel.

06.6 CONDUCTIVITY CONTROL (RO3021 standar version)

The reverse osmosis equipment has an LCD display, located on the control panel, for
conductivity measurement of the permeate water.
The measurement is in: micro Siemens per cm (µS/cm)
DC 24V electrical power supply.
It incorporates 1 analog output and 2 set point points.
