15.2 Starting sequence

Start-up prerequisites

The following conditions must be fulfilled:
•
A visual inspection has been completed.
•
Functioning of the protective device has been checked.
Caution
If any damage is detected, there is a danger of injury during operation.
Malfunctions which may impair safety must be reported to appropriately trained
personnel and eliminated immediately!
Pneumatic gripper in incorrect position.

The power supply is connected and switched on.
•
The stepper motor control cables are connected.
•
The compressed air supply is connected and activated.
After all start-up prerequisites have been met, the green reset LED will light up on the control desk.

The pneumatic gripper (1) is in home
position, i.e. outside of the slot (2).
If necessary, you will need to position
the pneumatic gripper manually
outside the rack.
