Simple Operation Guide

Powering up and producing sound

1.
Set all volume
controls to "0. "

Set the volume of each
channel to the middle
position.
Also adjust the volume of the connected equipment.

Turn on power to your various devices in the order specified. By turning on devices in the wrong order, you risk causing malfunction and/or damage to
speakers and other devices.

To prevent malfunction and/or damage to speakers or other devices, always turn down the volume, and turn off the power on all devices before
making any connections.
*
This unit is equipped with a protection circuit. A brief interval (a few seconds) after power up is required before the unit will operate normally.
*
Always make sure to have the volume level turned down before switching on power. Even with the volume all the way down, you may still hear some
sound when the power is switched on, but this is normal, and does not indicate a malfunction.

Applying an effect

1.
Turn on the [EFFECT] switch
for the channels to which
you want to apply an effect.
2.
Turn the [EFFECT] knob
to adjust the type and
amount of effect.

Connect your microphones, instruments, portable audio player,
or other equipment.
For details on connections, refer to "Example connections" (p. 9).

Make sure that the volume knobs of all connected devices are set to "0."

Switch on power to the connected equipment.

Adjusting the tone quality

Adjusting the tone of each channel
Turn the [TONE] knob of the channel
that you want to adjust.
Adjusting the high and low ranges
of the overall sound (Equalizer)
Use the [LOW] knob to boost or
cut the low-frequency range.
Use the [HIGH] knob to boost or
cut the high-frequency range.
3.
Switch on the
BA-330's power.
5.
Use the MASTER [VOLUME]
to adjust the volume.
