Muting during telephone mode

If your car sound system is connected to a
cell phone, the car sound system is muted
when you answer a call.
There are hands-free systems that activate
the radio's mute function with a LOW signal
(0 V) or a HIGH signal (12 V). Please read
this information in the operating instruc-
tions of your hands-free system. In the
menu, you can select whether the radio
should mute itself during an incoming call
with a HIGH or a LOW signal:

confi rmation beep sounds. You can switch
the beep on or off. Four volumes can be
selected for the beep.
