Notes:
•
The sensor used in Figure 6-1-2 is the three-line voltage sensor of the company. If the current
sensor is used, please refer to Figure 6-1-1 for the wiring method.
•
According to the sensor feedback type, dial the main drive board dial switch P1, dial the dial
switch to the ON terminal for a current signal, otherwise for the voltage signal.
•
Up to 2 slave and up to 3 joint pumps.
•
Connect the control terminals using a multi-core shield cable or twisted pair. When using the
shielded cable (by one end of the controller), it shall be connected to the ground terminal PE of
the controller.
•
When wiring, the control cable should be more than 20cm away from the main circuit and
strong electric lines (including power lines, motor lines, relays, contactor connecting lines, etc.),
and avoid parallel placement. Vertical wiring is recommended to prevent external interference
caused by the misoperation of the frequency converter.
Step 2: Modify the motor parameters b00.32~b00.38 parameters according to the parameters on the
motor nameplate
b00.32: Motor type, b00.32=0 (three-phase motor), b00.32=1 (single-phase motor)
b00.33: Motor model, b00.33=0 (custom),
b00.33=1(0.55kW),b00.33=2(0.75kW),b00.33=3(1.1kW),b00.33=4(1.5kW),b00.33=5(2.2kW)
b00.34: Rated power of the motor (not greater than the power marked on the name plate of the
frequency converter)
b00.35: Motor rated frequency (generally 50,00Hz/60,00Hz)
b00.36: Rated rotation speed of the motor
b00.37: Rated voltage of the motor
b00.38: Rated current of motor (not greater than output current on plate of frequency converter)
Step3: Steering of the pump
In the primary display interface, press the
switch to manual mode, Press
whether the pump steering is correct. The pump steering can be changed by one of two methods:
(1) Disconnect the input power supply, and switch the U, V and W of the output lines of the controller;
(2) Stop the controller and modify the parameter b00.03
