Before use
Before making assembly, changing and adjusting any accessory, disconnect the
tool from the mains supply to avoid any unintentional starting.
Please always check the mains supply voltage before use! It must correspond with
the rating label on the appliance.
Remove any packing material and loose parts from unit.
Check the accessories before use. It should be fit with the machine and your
purpose.
Auxiliary Handle
The auxiliary handle can be mounted on the left or right side of the chuck. Mount
the handle at the flange behind the chuck and tighten it firmly in its desired position.
Depending on the working method, the auxiliary handle can be adjusted in different
positions.
CAUTION!
The machine should be used only with both handles.
Do not continue to use an auxiliary handle if it is damaged.
Depth Gauge
The drilling depth can be set with the depth gauge.
Insert a drill bit into the chuck and clamp it. Loosen the auxiliary handle and insert
the depth gauge into the intended hole. Move the depth gauge until the distance
between the tips of the drilling bit and depth gauge corresponds with the required
drilling depth. Tighten the auxiliary handle firmly in its desired position.
Inserting Tool Bits
The impact drill has a key chuck so you need a key to lock the tool bit in place.
Make sure that the drill or screw bit is not skewed when it is inserted and the chuck
tightened.
Before inserting drill/screw bits, open the jaws of the chuck.
Open the chuck until you can insert the tool bit. Insert the tool bit in the chuck and
fasten the chuck by hand. Fasten the chuck firmly by inserting the chuck key in one
of the holes in the side of the chuck and turning it clockwise.
To remove the tool bit, you proceed in reverse order. Open the chuck until you can
remove the tool bit.
On/Off Switch
Use the On/Off switch to start the machine and keep holding it for continuous
operation.
The rotation speed can be varied by depressing the On/Off switch. The more the
trigger is depressed, the faster the rotation speeds.
To switch the machine off, release the On/Off switch.
Locking button
The locking button can hold the switch on position for continuous drilling.
Please follow below steps:
To lock the on/off switch, turn on the on/off switch and press the locking button,
release the trigger.
The drill will continue to operate until the locking button is released.
To release the on/off switch, just press it again and then release it to stop.
Maximum speed control knob
The maximum speed control knob can adjust the running speed from low to high.
Please follow below steps:
1. Switch on the tool
2. Lock the switch
3. Turn the knob clockwise to increase and anti-clockwise to reduce the maximum
speed.
