Oven Operation
Clean
During Clean, the oven is heated to an extremely high
temperature to burn off food soil. Remove the oven racks
and rack guides. They will discolor if left in during Clean.
The duration of the Clean cycle is adjustable for the level
of cooking residue. For light soil, the duration of the clean-
ing cycle is 1.5 hours and 2 hours for heavy soil. The com-
plete cycle lasts up to 5 hours including cool down.

Setting Clean:
1 Touch Self-Clean.
Select the appropriate soil level, then touch Start.

3 Remove all objects and accessories from the oven
interior, then touch Ok.
4 Open and close the door to begin the cycle.
To cancel Clean mode at any time, touch
door locks and remains locked until the Clean cycle is
complete and the oven temperature has cooled below
570°F .
