7.1. Insert the male cable plug in the socket on the panel of the instrument,
matching the notches on plug and socket. This must be done without
turning the plug, in order not to damage the socket.
7.2. Connect the bipolar forceps or the diathermy pencil eraser to the
female connector at the free end of the cable.
7.3. Set the desired diathermy power on the equipment console.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPROCESSING
Reprocessing is required before each application.
See the document "G-30-1790 - Instructions for reprocessing".

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR REPROCESSING
Disconnect the cable from the equipment and from the diathermy handpiece.
Do not submerge the equipment connector in fluid.

The package that contains the device must be stored in a dust-free environment,
far from any heat sources, and it must not be exposed to direct sunlight.

CAUTION!
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize the device completely prior to disposal.
• For disposal, also observe the legal provisions applicable in your country and
the hygiene regulation of the doctor's office or hospital.
12. STORAGE
Handle the diathermy bipolar cable with care, being careful not to let it come
into contact with sharp or pointed objects. After being used for the first time, the
diathermy bipolar cable may be stored in the sterilization container.
