SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
¡WARNING! Read and understand
all safety instructions. Failure to com-
ply with these instructions may result
in injuries or damage to the tools.
Work area security
Put away all the objects that may interfere with your
work while using a pneumatic tool (cables, hoses, ro-
pes, etc.).
Keep always the working area clean.
Personal protective equipment
It is highly recommended the use of googles, dust
masks, work gloves and ear protection when using a
pneumatic tool.
Clothing
Pay particular attention to any elements that might be-
come entangled in a rotating part (accessories, loose
clothing, etc.).
Compressed air
High pressure compressed air is very dangerous.
Never point a compressed air jet at yourself or at an-
yone nearby.
Before connecting the tool, make sure the trigger is in
off position.
When you connect the tool, make sure that couplings
and hoses are in good condition.
Never move the compressor while using it.
Never use the tool if it has air leaks or worn parts.
Never exceed the maximum pressure indicated in the
manual.
Make sure that the output pressure of the compressor
is less than the maximum pressure supported by the
tool.
Vibrations
An exposure to vibrations can cause numb or tingling
sensations. If the vibrations are too strong, you are
at risk of temporarily losing sensitivity in your hands.
If you feel unease, stop using the tool and consult a
doctor.
Noise levels
Excessive noise levels may result in loss of hearing.
COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
It is recommended to use a filter, regulator and oil lubri-
cator to use the tool to it maximum performance.
Use the following picture as a guide to connect the tool
to filter and to the compressor.
1. Compressor
2. Filter, regulator and oil lubricator
3. Pneumatic tool
If you do not have an oil lubricator, place 6 drops of
pneumatic oil in the air inlet of the tool before each use.
OPERATION
Set de compressor pressure to 90PSI.
Connect the tool to the hose. Use sealing tape to avoid
air leaks.
Insert the socket you need in the square drive of the
air wrench.
To tighten, put the selector in F position.
To untighten, put the selector in R position.
To adjust the speed, use the speed selector.
Tighten or untighten while pressing the trigger of the
tool.
