PREVENA™ PEEL & PLACE™ SYSTEM KIT COMPONENTS
The PREVENA™ PEEL & PLACE™ System Kit contains the following single use, disposable
components.
PREVENA™ PEEL & PLACE™ Dressing - 13cm - a specially designed
dressing for application to the surgical area (13 cm kit only)
PREVENA™ PEEL & PLACE™ Dressing - 20cm - a specially designed
dressing for application to the surgical area (20 cm kit only)
PREVENA™ Patch Strips - used to help seal leaks around dressing
PREVENA™ Therapy V.A.C.® Connector - used to connect the PREVENA™
Dressing to an approved KCI V.A.C.® Therapy Unit
Ruler - the removeable label may be used as needed to record the date
of dressing application or removal
PREVENA™ 45ml Canister - a sterile reservoir for collection of wound
fluids
PREVENA™ 125 Therapy Unit - delivers negative pressure to the surgical
area. The unit is battery powered. The non-sterile PREVENA™ 125
Therapy Unit Carrying Case is provided to facilitate patient mobility.
