low (resulting in a wide
spread, i.e. return tempe-
rature too low)
Internal indirect coil not

Build up of scale on
heating surface
Thermostat switches off
too early
Return temperature too
low (e.g. spread too wide)
Remedy
Tighten bolts to a torque of
20-25 Nm, working
diagonally; replace gasket
Re-seal the connections
Increase temperature
(adjust controller)
Larger pump
Observe back pressure
from parallel heating
circuits
Vent several times with the
pump switched off
Descale heating surface
Readjust thermostat
Larger loading pump
