DT.4360R1 Camshaft Locking Pin
Insert DT.4360R1 Pin through the hole in the camshaft sprocket and into the timing hole in the cylinder head.
Remove the crankshaft pulley, slacken the belt tensioner and remove belt.
When fitting new timing belt the marks on the belt should align with the timing marks on the camshaft and fuel pump sprockets.
Check the positions of the
* camshaft sprocket - positioned by DT.4360R1 Pin
* crankshaft – positioned by DT.4562 Pin (keyway vertically upwards).
* fuel pump - approx 1-o-clock position (mark aligned with bolt head directly behind sprocket).

Pre-tension belt using DT.4759
Attach part DT.4759-3 Spacer to end of crankshaft using crank pulley bolt (do not over-tighten).
Screw DT.4760T6 Adjusting Bolt through the tensioner bracket until the tensioner roller contacts the belt.
Remove DT.4360R1 Crank Locking Pin.
Assemble DT.4759-2 Adaptor onto DT.4759-1 Arm and slide it over the DT.4759-3 Spacer previously installed on the crankshaft.

Check camshaft alignment
IMPORTANT: Check that the camshafts are correctly aligned – flat surface on the end of each camshaft should be vertical and
the grooves in the camshafts must be on the left-hand side.
