7 Use
7.1 Torch
(for terminal devices with built-in torch)
Inserting the batteries (2x CR2032)
To insert the batteries, complete the following steps:

Separating the terminal device from the socket
1) Rotate the terminal device once around its own axis until a slight resistance is felt (about
360°).
2) Overcome this resistance and pull the terminal device off the socket.
Attaching the terminal device to the socket
1) Insert the quick-disconnect wrist unit into the lamination ring and press it in firmly.
2) Turn the terminal device slightly to the left or right.
3) Verify proper attachment by pulling on the terminal device.

2 Pressing this button turns the torch on or off. If this button is
pressed immediately after switching on, the brightness can be
changed in 3 levels by pressing it again.

After about 15 minutes, the torch is switched off automatically.
3. Battery compartment
1) Turn the cover on the battery compartment counter-clockwise and
remove it.
2) Insert 2 CR2032 button cells with the + pole facing the cover.
3) Install the cover. In doing so, make sure the rubber seal is not
damaged.
4) Close the cover by turning it clockwise.
This safety function allows the prehensile arms to be opened regard­
less of the control signals.
► Swing the unlock lever away from the dial (arrow) and open the
prehensile arms manually.
