breads, etc., reduce the oven temperature 25°F fl'om the recipe to prevent over browning
on the top of baked goods.
Exmnple: A recipe states to bake brownies for 25-30 minutes at 400°E

The new bake mmperamre in BAKEmode will be 375°F.
Fast Bake
X_'hen using the FASTBAKEmode,reduce the recipe cook time by 25%.
Exmnple: A

The new cook time in FASTBAKEmodewill be:
60 minutes - 15 minutes = 45 mhmtes.
