Installing Reflectors & Supports
Refer to Fig. 8 for the following instructions:
1. Attach end cap to one end of the first reflector. Use
the 4 U-clips to secure it to the relector.
2. Slide this end of the reflector through the hanges until
it is about 1 to 2 inches away from the burner box.
3. Connect the next reflector to the previous one using
the dimpled connector strips. See detail B below.

REFLECTOR USING CONNECTION STRIPS:

• Insert a connection strip halfway into the folded channel
at both sides of a reflector, at the end without flanges.
• Slide this end of the reflector through the hanger and
push it firmly into the folded channels of the reflector at
the burner box.

• The unflanged end of the reflector will overlap the
flanged end of the adjacent reflector.

4. Repeat Steps 3 for remaining reflectors.
5. Install a support hanger at the end of the reflector near-
est burner box and at the end of the last
reflector. Install the remaining hangers evening
throughout the length of the tube. Do not install a sup-
port directly next to a hanger of the same reflector.
6. Attach the remaining end cap to the last reflector with
the U-clips.
