CLEANING APPLIANCE IN DISHWASHER

To facilitate cleaning of the appliance, the bowl can be extracted from the rest of machine
and placed directly in a dishwasher.
1. Remove the kneader shaft (T) and the screw fee-
der (V) from the bowl.
2. Unscrew the 4 nuts which secure the bowl to the
rest of the machine (Z).
3. Release the bowl and put it in the dishwasher.

LONG MACHINE DOWNTIME

Should the appliance not be used for a long period, clean it and disconnect the main electric
power (or disconnect the electric plug) and adequately protect it to keep it clean.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The following information is to help identify and correct any faults or malfunctions that may
arise during use.
Some faults can be solved by the user; others require specific technical competence or skil-
ls and must only be carried out by qualified personnel having acknowledged experience ac-
quired in the specific intervention sector.
