GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
– The "fresh pasta machine" is an appliance designed and built to knead and extrude egg-
based dough, in different formats, intended for human consumption.
– The appliance is a professional type and it must be installed in commercial type envi-
ronments (snack bars, pizza parlours, restaurants, etc.). Users do not require special
training but must, however, have specific competences and skills in the catering sector.
Any different use from that stated by the manufacturer is to be considered IMPRO-
PER USE.
– The appliance is made with selected materials and appropriate building techniques so
as to ensure the utmost hygiene, resistance to oxidation, considerable energy savings
and work safety.
