▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ FRESH PASTA
ADVICE FOR USE
1. Mount the tools suited to the processing to
be carried out (including the mould).
2. Lift the lid (D) of the bowl (B).
3. Introduce in order the flour and then the li-
quid part (do not introduce the liquid part
first as it would escape the holes of the
mould).
4. Closethelid (D) ofthebowl (B).
5. Select the kneading cycle by pressing the
button (H) and activate the machine by
pressing the button (G). When the ap-
pliance starts kneading, the display (J)
shows the effective time (from 0 to 99
max, in minutes) of the kneading process.
During the kneading cycle, the appliance
can be stopped by pressing the button
(G), or by lifting the lid of the bowl. If ne-
cessary, this operation allows you to correct the consistency of the dough by adding
flour or liquid to obtain a granular shaped dough, suitable for extrusion (see figure abo-
ve). The kneading cycle lasts about 8-10 minutes. The appliance only resumes its work
cycle if the lid is lowered and by pressing the button (G).
6. After having obtained the right dough consistency, proceed with extrusion by stopping
the kneading cycle by pressing the button (G) and then start the extrusion cycle by pres-
sing the button (I). At this point, the desired type of pasta will come out from the holes.
SETTING THE TIMER
Before activating the kneading cycle, the timer can be pre-set by repeatedly pressing the
button (H). When the right amount of minutes is set, press the button (G) to start the knea-
ding cycle with the timer set. At the end of the preset amount of minutes, the machine stops
and buzzes. The timer can be reset during the kneading cycle by first pressing the button
(G) and then the button (I).
