– The manufacturer declines any liability for damage caused by improperly using
the appliance, failure to respect the indications in the use manual and tampering
with or modifying without its formal authorisation.
– All interventions requiring precise technical competence or particular skills (installation,
supply connections, etc.) must only be carried out by authorised personnel with acknow-
ledged experience acquired in the specific intervention sector.
– Do not use the appliance with broken or inefficient electric power cables. Immediately
stop the appliance in safe conditions as soon as a fault is detected, and have authorised
and qualified personnel replace the cables.
– DISCONNECT THE MAIN ELECTRIC POWER (or disconnect the electric plug) and
make sure the treatment area is completely cooled before carrying out any clea-
ning, maintenance intervention, etc.
– Clean the appliance every time it is used or when reasonably required, also in view of
the type of food product to be treated.
– Thoroughly clean all appliance parts (including the nearby areas) that may come into
direct or indirect contact with the food products, to protect them from the risk of conta-
mination and to preserve hygiene.
– Only clean the appliance using food grade cleaning products. Never use corrosive and
flammable cleaning products or products that may contain and/or release toxic substan-
ces.
– Clean and sanitise the appliance using personal protective equipment, particularly when
using cleaning products.
– Do not clean the appliance with jets of water to avoid damaging the components, parti-
cularly the electric and electronic components.
– Thoroughly clean and dry all the appliance parts (inside and outside) in case of its pro-
longed downtime.
Disconnect the power supply cable and make sure the environmental conditions are
adequate to preserve the appliance in time.
– The list states the conditions necessary for proper electrical equipment operation based
on the surrounding environment.
– Ambient temperature not below 5°C.
– Relative humidity between 50% (detected at 40°C) and 90% (detected at 20°C).
