After-sales and warranty
If you have a problem with the meter, please do not repair or adjust the meter yourself. Eaglenos provides you with a warranty card for the product you purchase.
Please fill it out completely and mail it to Eaglenos for warranty service. Please keep the customer copy safely. Our warranty period is 5 years. During this period, if your
meter breaks down or has any problems, we will provide you with free repair or replacement with the warranty card and the purchase invoice. However, it does not
include the following failures caused by the user's personal reasons:
a. Failure caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
b. Failure caused by accidental dropping in the process of use or handling.
c. Failure caused by not following the instructions in the user's manual.
d. Failure caused by improper repair by non-Eaglenos authorized repair stores, etc.
Note: The warranty covers only the meter, not the battery or other accessories.
