4. Quality Control Testing
Performing quality control tests will let you know if the meter and test strips function properly.
Situations needing quality control testing
Generally, quality control testing is recommended in the following situations:
• A new batch of test strips is used.
• The battery is replaced.
• The meter and test strip may not be in the best condition (impact, drop, high temperature, low temperature, humidity, etc.).
• Abnormal test results occur, or the test results do not match your expectations.
Warnings:
• This meter can only be used with the matching glucose/lactate control solutions provided by Eaglenos.
• Close the control solution vial tightly after use.
• The control solutions are valid for 3 months after opening the vial or until the expiration date indicated on the vial, whichever comes

• Do not use expired control solutions.
• No water or other liquids should be added to the control solutions.
• For storage conditions of the control solutions, refer to the instructions on the package.
• QC results do not reflect your blood glucose/blood lactate levels.
• In the event of a control solution spill, wipe it up promptly and rinse it off. For waste disposal, follow your facility's waste disposal policy.
• Please contact Eaglenos's authorized dealer for information on how to obtain control solutions.
