Step
Step 3: At this point, the meter is
turned on, and a flashing blood drop
icon appears on the screen, indicating
that the meter is ready.
Step 5: When blood touches the
bottom side of the test strip, it will be
automatically siphoned in. The reac-
tion zone is filled with blood sample
when you hear a "beep".
Step 7: After the blood glucose result is displayed, the "FBG" icon starts
flashing. Use the up and down arrow keys to select "FBG" or "PBG" status. Press
the power button to confirm the status (This option is not available for blood
lactate testing). Finally, remove the test strip by toggling the eject button.

Step 4: Prick your finger with a blood
lancet pen or lancing device. Gently
squeeze and obtain a small drop of
blood sample.
Step 6: The hourglass icon starts
flashing, and the meter will display
the blood glucose test result after 5
seconds (10 seconds for the blood
β-ketone test result). The test result is
displayed in mmol/L.
