The process continues until the time has reached 0:00. In
that instance, the generator automatically switches off, the
green control lights at the front and in the signal tower will be
lit continuously and an acoustic signal is sounded for a few
seconds. Press stop to fully shut down the heating cycle.
Detach the workpieces as soon as possible. Prevent heat from the
workpieces to penetrate in the axle. The heating process can be
stopped with the stop button, at all times.
6.6 Process information
When heating in either temperature or in time mode, a "process
info" tab appears at the bottom of the screen. If you press this
tab, a screen appears showing the actual process values.
This screen is explained as follows:
Required time:
This is the time set in the time mode.
Time remaining:
This is the time left until process completion. (Only counts down if
indeed heating in time mode.)
Actual temperature:
This is the actual workpiece temperature. This is only shown if the
temperature sensor has been placed onto the workpiece and the
heater is used in temperature mode.
Heating time:
Shows the actual time during which heating has been active. This
runs in both time and temperature mode.
Required power:
This is the power set in user settings.
Power:
This is the actual power used by the heater.
Udc:
This is the actual rectified voltage generated in the device
internally.
T heatsink unit:
This is the actual temperature of the cooling unit present in
the device.

6.7 Settings menu
In order to access the settings menu, press the "settings" tab in
the main menu. The "settings menu" screen appears.
In this screen, you have the option to either select "User" or
"Manufacturer" by pressing the corresponding tab.
Settings at user level can be entered by selecting the "settings" tab.
Factory settings are password-protected and can only be changed
by the manufacturer.
User settings:
Use the arrow tabs to scroll through the different settings. The
grey bar serves as an indicator for the settings which can be
selected. By pressing "enter" a setting can be changed. The value
to be changed is now shown in a black bar and can be changed
using the arrow tabs. If the change has been made, it needs to
be validated by pressing enter. The black bar disappears. Once
finished changing the settings, the settings menu can be left by
pressing the "exit" tab.
