Procedure
Switch off the device .

Disconnect the device from the power supply and all

devices . In order to do this, remove all connection cables .
Remove media from media mounts .

Remove the ink ribbon .

Clean the device .

Solution
Calibrate the sensors .
Open the top cover .
Remove the jammed media .
Solution
Close the top cover . Both levers should
snap into place .
Remove the media .
Insert the media .
Clean the print head .
