- Use wrench (C) to unlock the lock of the carrier cap.
- Remove the cap and put it on a suitable place to avoid its
damage.
- Divert the red safety lever and disengage the eccentric lever
upwards.
Attention. Prior to mounting the carrier on longitudinal
rails, all the eccentric levers must be in the upper posi-
tion!
- 5, 6 -
- When the carrier is ready as described above, mount it on to
the screws in the longitudinal carrier of the car (the flanges
of the carrier are movable -detail-).
- Mount the rear crossbeam on the screws as per the re-
quired spacing for fastening additional attachment pieces
(ski holder, bicycle holder, etc.).
- Check whether the carrying metal sheet of the car-
rier flange is positioned correctly on fitting the screws
screwed in the longitudinal carrier -detail-.
- Centre the carrying profiles of the carrier (so-called
quota "a" = "a").
- 7 -
- Check the carrier for proper position.
- With your left hand press the carrying plate of the carrier to
the longitudinal carrier and with your right hand simultane-
ously tilt the eccentric carrier lever to the bottom position
(the lever snaps under the tang of the safety red lever).
- The detent plate of the flange must seat in the screw
groove -detail-.
- 8, 9 -
- Mount the dismantled cap and push until snaps.
- By turning the key, get the lock to horizontal (closed) posi-
tion. Take the key out and save it.
Check the carrier for proper position. Check proper fas-
tening giving it a powerful shake with your hand.
Disassembling
- Proceed in reverse for disassembling the carrier.

Important notices!

The crossbar carrier is adjusted directly by the manufac-
turer, therefore we do not recommend any re-adjustment
or tightening of it!
