Draining the stages

Draining stages 1 and 2:
When working on the tanks, lower the wa-
•
ter level to below installation height.
If the pump is clogged or defective, the tanks
must be drained manually as follows:
1. Pull the hoses from the wye branch con-
nection of the overflow connection at the
rear of the facility.

2. Pull the hose around the facility and drain
into a sufficiently large vessel. If possible,
drain directly via a floor drain.Extend the
hose (dia=25 mm) for this purpose.
3. Once the tanks have been drained, recon-
nect the hoses to the overflow connection.
Alternatively, the stages can also be drained
via a separate submersible pump.
