If the battery pack or charger is damaged, replace the
battery pack or the charger.
•
Stop the machine and wait until the motor stops before
you install or remove the battery pack.
•
Read, understand, and follow the instructions in the
battery and charger manual.
1. Align the lift ribs on the battery pack with the grooves in
the battery compartment.
2. Push the battery pack into the battery compartment until
the battery pack locks into place.
3. When you hear a click, the battery pack is installed.

SPEED ADJUSTMENT DIAL

The speed adjustment dial has 6 levels. Before using the
caulking gun, turn the speed adjustment dial to level 1 and
then set the speed adjustment dial to a best level during the
caulking process.

LED LIGHT

The LED light illuminates when the trigger is depressed.
It turns off after a delay when the trigger is released.

1. Press the lock-out button to the right.
2. Press the trigger while you hold the lock-out button.

2. Adjust the plunger rod while you hold the lock-out

STOP THE MACHINE

1. After releasing the trigger, the plunger rod will retreat
automatically about 1", then the motor stops.
2. If the trigger is released when the plunger rod was pushed
up to the top, then the motor will stop after the plunger
rod retreats about 3".

MAINTENANCE
Do not let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based materials
touch the plastic parts. Chemicals can cause damage to the
plastic, and make the plastic unserviceable.
Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic
housing or components.
Remove the battery pack from the machine before
maintenance.
5.1
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
•
Switch off the machine and don't switch it on before
carrying out maintenance or cleaning work.
•
Use only the manufacturer's recommended replacement
parts and accessories.
•
Inspect and maintain the machine regularly. Have the
machine repaired only by an authorized repairer.
•
When not in use, store the machine out of the reach of
children.
•
The machine must always be kept clean and the sealant
remaining on the machine must be cleaned to make sure
that the machine is in good condition for the next use.
•
The remaining adhesive material may cause breakage of
the machine.
