CONNECTING HOSES TO
ES100 EVAPORATOR
1.
Take the rubber plugs off all the tubes. Do not remove
the metal plugs.
2.
Position the hole at the expansion valve.
3.
Lubricate all refrigeration intakes with Thermo King
refrigerant oil.
4.
Place an O-ring on each refrigeration intake.
5.
Connect each hose using two fixed wrenches.
The O-ring should be properly installed before the
fitting is screwed on.
ANSCHLUSS DER SCHLÄUCHE
AN DEN ES100-VERDAMPFER
1.
Entfernen Sie die Gummistopfen von allen Leitungen.
Entfernen Sie nicht die Metallstecker.
2.
Platzieren Sie die Öffnung am Expansionsventil.
3.
Schmieren Sie alle Einlässe des Kältesystems mit
Thermo-King-Kältemittelöl ein.
4.
Bringen Sie einen O-Ring an jedem Kältesystemeinlass
an.
5.
Schließen Sie alle Schläuche mit Hilfe zweier
Maulschlüssel an. Der O-Ring sollte richtig befestigt
sein, bevor das Verbindungsstück aufgeschraubt wird.

1.
Quitar los tapones de goma de las tuberías.
No retirar los tapones metálicos.
2.
Colocar el orificio en la válvula de expansión.
3.
Lubricar todas las tomas frigoríficas con aceite de
refrigeración Thermo King.
4.
Colocar una junta tórica en cada toma frigorífica.
5.
Conectar cada manguera usando dos llaves fijas.
La junta tórica debe estar bien colocada antes de
roscar la espiga.
CONNEXION DES FLEXIBLES
À L'ÉVAPORATEUR ES100
1.
Enlever les bouchons en caoutchouc de tous les tubes.
Ne pas enlever les bouchons de métal.
2.
Placer l'orifice au niveau du détendeur.
3.
Lubrifier toutes les admissions de réfrigération avec
de l'huile de réfrigération Thermo King.
4.
Placer un joint torique sur chaque admission de
réfrigération.
5.
Brancher chaque flexible en utilisant deux clés de
maintien. Le joint torique doit être correctement
installé avant que le raccord ne soit vissé dessus.

EVAPORATORE ES100
1.
Rimuovere i tappi di gomma da tutte le tubazioni.
Non togliere i tappi di metallo.
2.
Posizionare i tubi sulla valvola di espansione.
3.
Lubrificare le prese d'aria di refrigerazione con olio
refrigerante Thermo King.
4.
Posizionare un O-ring su ogni presa d'aria di
refrigerazione.
5.
Connettere tutte le tubazioni utilizzando due chiavi fisse
doppie. L'O-ring deve essere installato correttamente
prima che il raccordo sia avvitato.
